The ZEAL® Pro bike cover is the leading protection for road, triathlon, gravel, and cyclocross bikes while on an industry standard vehicle-based bike rack. Each cover is designed to work on all the standard rack types similar to those shown. The patented engineering allows the standard rack securing mechanisms to pass through the bike / cover combination while keeping your bike protected from the elements. Additionally, rubberized backing makes the fabric impermeable to water and prevents paint abrasion on your frame.

The medium size cover is tested to fit most 48-54 cm road bikes and most 48-52 cm gravel and triathlon bikes.

The large size cover is tested to fit most 55-63 cm road bikes and most 53-63 gravel and triathlon bikes.

Each bike cover includes pockets for the ZEAL® Pro Light Kit.

For triathletes, the ZEAL® Pro bike bag includes an expandable handlebar box to accommodate aero bars and an expanded seat tube for bikes with water bottle cages mounted behind the seat.

NOTE: The ZEAL® Pro Light Kit is not included with a cover and must be purchased separately.

Beautiful!

I cover my Bianchi Oltre RC (58 CM) with the large cover on my Kuat and it is a BEAUTIFUL setup. Thank you Zeal for a great product! Worth the Canadian Customs fee!

There is no substitute!

Traveling with a bike on the hitch rack exposes it to dirt, flying rocks, slush and other road hazards that can mar the frame and mess with the drivetrain. That's why I always cover my bike with a Zeal Pro cover when I travel. It's tough, indestructible and easy to get on. The zippers and neoprene are built to last. Don't be fooled by cheap look-alikes, this is a quality product that protects your bike and ensures that it's good to go when you get to your destination. To quote an old Porsche ad, there is no substitute!

Perfect bike protection for long(ish) trips

For reference I have a 1UP rack & got two MTB bags.

Not only was the ZEAL Pro team great to work with pre-order (promptly answered all questions I had), but we used the bags for the first time last weekend on a short 1hr “shake-down” drive to our local mountains for a family camping & biking trip. Happy to report that the bags performed admirably; they work perfectly with the 1UP rack. Really easy to get on & off the bikes and the material feels absolutely bomb proof.

I am so glad someone finally brought a product like this to market; now our expensive bikes won’t bake in the sun as we drive from San Diego to Park City for our annual summer vacation & I may even bring a bike or two when we go to Park City to ski each winter. Being able to ride in St. George on the way and not have our bikes get caked with salt & road grime once we reach “real” Utah winter: bravo, guys!

PS. My neighbor - a road biker - saw us packing the car last weekend, ran over to ask me where I got the bike bag & promptly ordered one for herself for her summer drive back to her family farm in the Midwest.

Going Strong since 2013

I've logged thousands of miles with 2 MTB bags + 1 Road bag since 2013. They're built to last! They've been covered in clay mud, snow, salt, and of course rain... and my bikes stay clean inside! After thousands of miles they just keep doing their job. These bags are awesome!

PS - I'm almost sad to retire the originals and start logging miles with the new (even more rad) new bags!
